Out of the clay Out of the clay
Discover how harvesting, preparing, and eating together are intertwined amidst the Zeeland clay. During this workshop, you'll work alongside Foodcurators Digna Kosse and Lucas Mullié with potatoes freshly dug from the ground and prepared in the very clay they grew in.
On the way, you'll learn more about the significance of the potato for agriculture in Zeeland. Together, you'll work towards a festive tasting for the neighbourhood, right in the landscape where the food comes from.
