Visitors search online before they go out. They look on Instagram, search on Google and read what others are saying about you. Good news: you don’t need to be a marketer to be found there. With a consistent routine and a few minutes a day, you show who you are and why you De Bevelanden belong.
Social media in 5 minutes per day Social media in 5 minutes per day
Regularity beats perfection. Two regular posts per week do more than one beautiful post per month. In the guide you’ll learn how to keep track of your social media in five minutes a day: reacting, looking around at colleagues, and creating or posting something. You’ll also find five types of posts so you never run out of inspiration, tips for taking good photos with your phone, ideas for each season, and a weekly planner to fill out yourself.
Make sure you are found Make sure you are found
Many guests search for you on Google or Google Maps. With a free Google Business Profile, your opening hours, address, photos, and contact information are immediately visible. Keep your profile up to date, especially if your opening hours change seasonally. Add new photos every now and then; that takes little time and makes your profile more lively.

Let others tell about you Let others tell about you
What guests say about you often counts more than what you say yourself. Ask satisfied guests to leave a review, for example with a ticket at the checkout or a sentence under your email. Respond to reviews, even the critical ones. A friendly and sincere response shows who you are.
Share the posts of your neighbors, suppliers, and fellow entrepreneurs, and tag the municipality where your company is located. Those who help others are also more likely to be shared themselves. This way, we can show together how much we have De Bevelanden to offer.
Tip for advanced users: create a collaborative post together
Want to reach more people with your post? Invite someone to be a contributor on Instagram. Your post will then appear simultaneously on both your profile and theirs, with both names at the top. This way, you can reach all of the other person's followers in one go.
This works well with a supplier, a fellow entrepreneur near you, or someone with whom you organize an activity. Think of the farmer whose apples you bake a cake from, or the bike rental where your guests start their route.
How does it work?
Create your post or reel, tap “Tag people” and choose “Invite as contributor.” Find the account of the person you want to invite and send the invitation. As soon as that person accepts the invitation, the post will appear on both profiles.
Hang on to the seasons Hang on to the seasons
De Bevelanden Each season has its own theme: Flowers, Water, Taste and Heritage & Culture. When entrepreneurs post about the same theme in the same season, we strengthen each other and stand out De Bevelanden more. Ideas per season can be found in the guide. Ready-to-use AI prompts to quickly write a post can be found on Tell your story.

What does it yield? What does it yield?
Take ten minutes once a month to look back. Open your account statistics and ask yourself a few questions. Which post got the most comments? Do more of that. Which post got few? See if it was the photo, the text, or the moment. And what questions do people ask you? That’s your next post.
Look beyond your screen too. Ask new guests how they came to you. “I saw it on Instagram” or “I found you on Google” is also a result. And read their reviews: what guests there say is often exactly what you can say more often.
Do it immediately Do it immediately
Set an alarm for tomorrow morning today: five minutes on social media while you have your coffee. Reply to one message, share one colleague’s post and take one photo for later.
